Encryption

All actions you make on this website are secured using high-end encryption.
(AES-256, 256 bit keys)

This means every time you submit any personal or credit card information the data transmission between your computer and our server is secured in a way that prevents anyone from intercepting and reading that information.

Just look for the https:// in your address bar now, if you see that you can rest assured your data is safe.

Card Payments

We use Sage Pay's credit card processing service to handle payments. We do not ask for your credit card details ourselves, it is all securely handled on Sage Pay's servers, and we will never store or even receive this information.

Terms & Conditions

To order from Pompey24 you must agree to these terms.

Pompey24 only offer a delivery service to the limited delivery area shown on the map on the home page. If you are not in this delivery area, a message will appear on-screen notifying you upon entering your postal code.

Opening Times

We are open between the hours of 8pm - 5am (demo open all day)

Delivery times

At Pompey24 we aim to provide the best all night delivery service in the market i.e. delivering orders at the time we quote. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors such as traffic and weather conditions, occasionally prevent us from achieving this.

Delivery time is approximately 20 minutes, during busy periods orders may take longer to be delivered.

For orders containing alcoholic products, we are only able to deliver to each address once between the hours of 10pm - 6am, in accordance with the conditions of our alcohol licence. Repeat orders, when both orders are received between these hours on the same night, will not be accepted.

Products

Some products may contain nuts.

Some products are subject to availability. In some cases, we can offer an alternative for any out-of-stock item.

Minimum order value of £9 applies to all orders. You will be notified when you proceed to checkout if your order is below the minimum value.

Payment

When you submit your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.

In the event of Pompey24 needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within shortest time possible.

The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order.
Card payments are secure and processed through Sage Pay.

Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time (i.e. a matter of minutes) and before the order becomes a Final Order.

A Final Order is one that meets one or more of the following criteria:

• a) an order that has been despatched and the delivery driver(s) are en route directly to the customer's chosen delivery address with no other scheduled stop-offs on that particular journey.
• b) an order that has arrived at the delivery address but has not been collected from the delivery vehicle by the customer within ten minutes of the vehicle's arrival. Drivers will attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided at the time of the order, and order progress can also be tracked by the customer by remaining on the website's order confirmation screen.
• c) an order for age-restricted products for which the customer and/or the customer's associate at whose address the customer would like the order delivered cannot prove, using a valid form of identification and proof of residency, that they are over the age of 18 and at least one person is resident at the delivery address.

Customers can cancel an order by telephoning the Pompey24 order line on 02392 70 66 74 to cancel the order. In the event of the call failing to connect to an operator, it is the customer's responsibility to reattempt the call until they are able to speak to a member of staff.

Pompey24 reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately in the event of cancellation.

You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with the above stipulations. The payment made prior to an order being cancelled will usually be reimbursed using the same method originally used for payment.

The value of any order cancelled after the point in which the order becomes a Final Order will not be refunded to the customer.

Pompey24's sole discretion will apply when determining whether or not an order is a Final Order.

Offers, Promotions or Discounts

When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular Pompey24 offer, promotion or discount. To take advantage of this facility you will need to enter the appropriate offer, promotion or discount code with your order details.

Any orders entered using a discount code will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any Pompey24 offer, promotion or discount at any time.
